Yoke’s offers a entry into a monthly $250 gift card drawing in return for take the survey. Like most customer survey sweepstakes purchases are not required to enter. To enter by mail without purchase please write to: “Yokes $250 Monthly GROCERY SWEEPSTAKES – Free Entry”, c/o Retail Feedback Group, P.O. Box 699,Plainview, NY 11803. Entry requests must be postmarked and received by December 31, 2014. Include the person’s name, address, phone number and DOB on a 3×5 notecards.
Yoke’s Feedback Sweepstakes
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Users are limited of one (1) entry without purchase request per postmarked envelope per person, per seven-day period, during the Entry Period
- Drawings will be held on the 1st of each month
- Prizes are not refundable and cash substitutes are not allowed

The survey will take about 10 minutes to complete and customers will be asked to provide the day of visit, time of visit, amount of money spent and the overall satisfaction with their visit to Yoke’s. Further questions include the likes of “The availability and helpfulness of our associates if needed” and “The variety and selection of natural and organic items in our entire store”. Users will also be asked if any Yoke’s associates made them feel special during their visit and if so to please provide information about the associate and the interaction.
